Britton Stansell

CEO & FOUNDER

Britton graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and has worked in the Chattanooga community since that time. His management and parking experience comes from 15 years with Republic Parking System. During his tenure he served in many capacities and ultimately as Regional Vice President. Britton is CAPP certified with the University of Virginia. CAPP is recognized worldwide as the leading credential in parking. Britton founded BrightBase with the purpose of serving Chattanooga and the surrounding region with a dependable, high character team in parking, transportation, and facilities management.

Mike Plantholt

VP OF OPERATIONS

Mike earned his Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of South Alabama. He has over 20 years of experience in operations in various industries. He most recently served as General Manager of the Chattanooga operations for REEF Parking. Mike’s experience encompasses over thirty properties and a staff of seventy team members. Mike was responsible for continued growth, improved operational efficiencies, and personnel performance. As Vice President of Operations, Mike is responsible for driving company culture, reconciling our mission with our operations and the training and development of all team members.

Eric Summers

GENERAL MANAGER

Eric graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Eric has over ten years of parking management experience. As a former Operations Manager for a large parking platform, Eric oversaw more than thirty properties, fifty employees, and more than 5,000,000 in revenue. Eric has been intricately involved and responsible for design and implementation of citation platforms, enforcement systems and processes, as well as creating and driving culture in the field. At BrightBase Eric is responsible for all Chattanooga Operations including our parking, maintenance and cleaning contracts.

Jason Perry

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Throughout his career of over 25 years, Jason has progressed from lead HVAC technician to Properties Manager for the Berry family. There he met Britton, who offered him the opportunity to join the BrightBase team as they were expanding the company. In addition to continuing his role in property management, Jason has also joined BrightBase's Parking Division and serves as the President of BOMA Chattanooga.

Dedria Henry

SENIOR MANAGER

Dedria graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has over ten years of experience in the parking industry, with a background in management, treasury, operations and technology. She recently led a parking team at the Chattanooga Airport. She has received her Certified Parking Professional (CPP) designation from the National Parking Association. Dedria takes great care in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Paul Monticelli

PROPERTY MANAGER

With over 24 years of experience in property management, construction management, real estate, and hospitality; Paul has developed a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and solutions that come with overseeing diverse properties and operations. As a Property Manager at Brightbase, he oversees 18 parking locations in Chattanooga and Knoxville. In addition to his role in parking management, he leads a dedicated team of over 30 janitorial and maintenance technicians who provide ongoing service to keep our locations in top condition. His extensive background in property management allows him to address complex issues swiftly while delivering exceptional service to clients and customers.

Darren Kilby

ENFORCEMENT MANAGER

Darren's early working experience consisted of various roles in the restaurant industry, where he gained experience as a manager, assistant manager, and crew leader. By his mid-twenties, he transitioned into the maintenance and landscaping field. At age 30, he co-founded a landscaping company called Southern Landscape, where he managed properties, employees, and client contracts. Later, he went on to work with the Chattanooga Zoo for over eight years in maintenance, building exhibits and interacting with the public. Darren joined BrightBase in 2021 and has been promoted multiple times since joining the company. He currently manages our enforcement and event parking divisions.

Jeanette Rogers

MANAGER

Jeanette was born and raised in Chattanooga and has a degree in Travel & Tourism. She has more than 25 years of customer service experience. She has been in parking for 12 years; where she has worked directly with our appeals department, accounts payable, monthly parking. Jeanette manages over 800 accounts totaling over 3,000 monthly parkers, which has allowed her to work closely with our clients and tenants.

Jeremy Ford

DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE

Jeremy has over 30 years of experience in the Commercial HVAC industry, as well as serving as Director of Maintenance for school districts and nursing homes. He joined Republic Properties in 2021 as Director of Maintenance. Jeremy lives in Pikeville and enjoys spending his spare time with his wife of 32 years, his six grandchildren, and going to car shows.
